As a health coach, I welcome and work with people of all ages from students, new parents to empty-nesters.

  • I work with people of all ages. Some of the things I help people with are: transitions, healthy lifestyle goals, stress management, self-care routines, finding meaning in everyday life, nutrition and exercise, and more.

  • I like to build rapport and trust with my clients. I listen openly and empathize. I am non-judgmental. My goal is to provide a safe confidential space for us to work together so I can support, brainstorm, and provide accountability so clients embrace goals and stick with them.

  • Everyone has different ideas of what success looks like when working with a coach. For me, it is important for my clients to feel like they are on a positive lifestyle path where they feel empowered, joyful and passionate about life.

  • I offer a free 20-min session so we can see if we are a good fit for each other. After this we can schedule sessions targeted on defining your goals and how to meet them. Sessions are on Zoom or in-person depending upon your location.

  • The first session is typically one hour so we can spend time getting to know one another. Follow-up sessions can last anywhere from 20-60 minutes depending on your needs.
